Create your account, review the paper account you get immediately, then connect an exchange only when you are ready for live AI Portfolio Manager.

This guide is for first-time users starting with AI Portfolio Manager.
Before You Begin
- Create and verify your TradeLand account.
- Know that a paper account is available immediately after registration.
- Prepare a supported exchange account only if you plan to go live.

AI Portfolio Manager Quick Start
1. Create and Verify Your Account
- Sign up with email and password.
- Confirm your email to activate account access.
2. Open Your Paper Account
- Open the paper account available in your dashboard right after registration.
- Review the preloaded demo agents and running example deals.
- Use this view to understand reporting, safeguards, and workflow.
3. Configure Preferences in Paper Mode
- Choose your risk profile and allocation preferences.
- Review how Portfolio Manager behaves in the paper environment.
- Decide whether you are ready to connect an exchange for live execution.
4. Connect Your Exchange for Live Trading
- Open exchange connection settings in TradeLand.
- Select one of the supported markets above.
- Add your API key and secret.
5. Configure API Permissions Correctly
Allow:
- Read account information
- Trade / place orders
Do not allow:
- Withdrawals
- Transfers
If required, complete exchange-side API IP whitelisting.
6. Activate Live AI Portfolio Manager
- Start live AI Portfolio Manager.
- The system will coordinate scanning, execution, and ongoing optimization for you.
- Move forward only when you are satisfied with what you saw in the paper account.
7. Monitor and Adjust
- Track deals and performance in your dashboard.
- Adjust limits and preferences when needed.
- Pause Portfolio Manager at any time.

TradeLand AI uses a 20% managed-account model for AI Portfolio Manager. The paper account remains available so you can evaluate capability before you trade live.
